Hydration Packs and Filters:
Aquamira warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. We will make repairs, or issue replacements to restore your product to a functional state. However, at times, because of color fade or inventory limitations, fabric and/or replacement part colors may vary from the original product.
Returning Your Product:
You are responsible for the shipping cost to get your warranty item(s) to us for repair or replacement, and Aquamira will cover the cost of the repair and the cost of shipping your warranty product back to you. We recommend that you obtain tracking information when you ship your product back to us so that you can track the product if necessary; Aquamira is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Please add a copy of your warranty submission form to your warranty product.

Normal Wear is not a material or design defect. This warranty is limited to, and for the benefit of, the Original Purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Aquamira will repair or replace, at its option, the defective part of the Pack, Hydration Engine or Filter.
Hydration Engine Reservoirs:
Aquamira offers a lifetime limited warranty against leakage on the Geigerrig reservoir portion of the hydration system:
- Reservoir: The portion of the Hydration Engine that holsters the water and pressurizing air; excluding hoses, bulb pumps and bite valves. (All non-reservoir parts are available on our replacement parts page).
- Leak: A seam separation, hole or crack in the reservoir that can be attributed to a defect in the materials or workmanship will be covered; abuse of the product will not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Lifetime: The period of use while in the possession of the Original Purchaser, all warranties are non-transferable.
- Defects in Material and Workmanship: Includes but is not limited to failures having to do with defects in material, design, production processes or control. “Defects” do not include; “normal wear,” or failure due to exposure to extreme conditions, accidents, misuse, abuse, mold or the inability to use the product according to its intended use or instructions.
